There are always opportunities to grow. It's refreshing to be in a company that takes the time to help employees of all positions reach goals and prosper.

People treat each other like family here. We remember the little things about each other, keep up with each other, and stay connected amongst each other in and outside of our workplace. The caring atmosphere and awesome people are my favorite things about the company.

Many companies tell you that they take care of their people. Hilltop actually backs that up in the everyday actions of the leadership of this team. They are involved, they genuinely care, and their focus is not just on the bottom line.

The work environment is unlike any place I've ever worked and this comes down to the people. Everyone here views themselves as part of the same team and is quick to support one another in reaching our shared goals. It’s been so great to work with people who share your values and genuinely care about each other.

I just want to take a minute and acknowledge how grateful I am to work alongside such an amazing team and for such an amazing company as Hilltop. There is no greater experience and feeling than to have someone invest and believe in you. Hilltop does this for me and all those who are a part of the Hilltop team. I look forward for each day that comes when I get to go work with my team mates, as we take care of our residents. Looking forward to growing with this phenomenal company and family.
